Brampton Stafford is a privately owned specialist Graduate and IT recruitment agency. We cover vacancies across the UK and work exclusively on permanent assignments.
The business was founded by Steve Rooney and began trading as Graduate Training Schemes.com ltd in 2001. The business initially combined sourcing final year students for employers' graduate training schemes with searching for individual candidates for specific roles.
We did, however, decide to drop graduate from our trading name in 2003 as we began utilising our recruitment expertise to find experienced candidates.
Since 2003 the business has used Brampton Stafford as its trading name and has focussed exclusively on finding candidates for specific roles.
Brampton Stafford re-located from Newcastle-under-Lyme to Liverpool during 2007, a move that has enabled us to grow the business by placing us within an area that has attracted experienced recruiting consultants. We would like to stress, however, that our internet led candidate searching coupled with comprehensive phone interviewing ensures that we can source candidates for companies across the UK and beyond.
Today Brampton Stafford continue to be an internet led recruitment agency using cutting edge technologies to identify the best candidates throughout the UK.
As the business has evolved our recruitment methods have been particularly suited to sourcing candidates with skills demanded by clients within the IT sector. Our knowledge of this sector has been increased by our own hiring policy and we have successfully attracted Recruitment Consultants with an IT and Technical background.
Brampton Stafford’s consultants are encouraged to focus on their personal sector and they take pride in understanding their recruitment “desk”. As such we can offer specialist Graduate, Digital (Web Design and Web Development), .Net, BI (Business Intelligence), Data Warehousing, Technical Sales and Technical Support desks.
We pride ourselves on being a small team who can get to know our clients and candidates needs extremely well and offer a very effective and efficient service.
