	Job Description Graduate Trainee Commercial / Business Scheme – Marketing, Sales, Buying. Location: £13,500 Location: Stoke-on-Trent (Must live within commuting distance from Stoke, relocators will not be considered). Salary: £13,500 + Benefits (Regular salary reviews, first after six months) The Company A leading manufacturing and distribution company in Staffordshire who have generated a first class reputation for graduate training and development. The Role This is an opportunity to work in several departments of a thriving international manufacturing company. The successful candidates will move across departments such as Marketing, Planning, Buying, Customer Service and Sales to understand the key principles of their business. This gives the right candidate’s time to figure out where their passion is and where they would be best suited in a business. This flexibility gives both the company and candidates to highlight their strengths and preferences ready to join one of the departments full time. The Essential Requirements • 2:1 or above degree in a relevant subject (Business, Management, Marketing degrees will be given preference) – although other degrees will be considered such as English, History, Maths, Sociology, Psychology etc. • A Full UK Driving Licence. • Within commuting distance of Stoke-on-Trent. The Desirable Requirements • Work experience in a commercial setting.
