	Job Description PHP developer, London, 30-50k My Client is a London based development company and are is seeking a skilled Senior PHP (ideally LAMP) developer to work in an extremely talented team of developers and play an important role in designing, coding and maintaining the engines. You’ll be working with their Technical Lead to help setup new projects, oversee other developers and build key systems. You’ll be responsible for the technical design and implementation of projects from start to finish. This is a very demanding, vigorous and purposeful role. You’ll have the chance to get stuck into some new and creative projects with a team of professional developers. Skill Requirements: * Solid object-oriented design, programming, and debugging skills * Excellent knowledge of PHP5 and MySQL. Strong understanding of XHTML, CSS and Javascript * First-class database design skills, including experience of database optimisation. * A basic understanding of Linux, particularly relating to configurating web servers and related applications. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Desired Skills: * Previous experience of Agile development methodologies, including Test-driven Development. * Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3. * Linux and Apache admin. * Interfacing with Adobe Flash.
