The Role
Our client is seeking a Symantec Enterprise Vault specialist to join their Technical Services team.
As part of the Service Desk you will conduct a variety of remote Consulting, 3rd Line Technical Support and Technical Configuration tasks.
They have a number of opportunities available dependent upon the candidates’s skill sets.
The role requires a skilled technician with the ability to roll out new upgrades, environments and patches unsupervised whilst also working alongside a technical team of 12 Service staff.
Requirements
Essential
Experience supporting, configuring and managing Symantec Enterprise Vault software (an intermediate or advanced knowledge is required by all members of the support team)
Advantageous * Experience implementing and supporting an Exchange organisation and a good knowledge of Exchange 2007 and 2010. * Experience with VMware. * Strong Networking experience with CISCO knowledge.
