Electrical Project Engineer (Electrical Design)

Location: Wigan (commutable from Liverpool, Manchester)

Salary: up to circa £30000K (dependent upon experience)

Necessary Requirements:
The successful applicant to the post of Project Engineer will have come from an Electrical Engineering background and will have developed a strong understanding of Control Panel Design, 2D CAD (Autodesk AutoCAD) and/or 3D CAD (Autodesk Inventor)

The Role:
Our client is an Engineering solution provider offering inception to completion services. Due to continued internal expansion and external sector development our client has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Engineer. Successful candidates will be responsible for preparing Electrical Control Panel Designs, continuous budgetary control and monitoring of project production/ manufacturing. Candidates who are also able to understand mechanical design drawings will be at an advantage.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrically biased Project Engineer looking for an opportunity that offers excellent progressive opportunities as well as an attractive remuneration package.

The Candidate:

• Essential:

Qualifications to HNC level or above in Electrical Engineering

Previous experience of Project Engineering.

Electrical Engineering background

Experience of 2D CAD (Autodesk AutoCAD) and/or 3D CAD (Autodesk Inventor)

• Desirable:

Ability to understand Mechanical Design drawings.

Excellent communication organizational and time management skills

Ability to work in a team environment
