	Job Description Graduate Quality & Product Development Scientist Location: Lincolnshire (Lincoln, Skegness, Boston) Salary: £16,000 to £25,000pa Key Skills: Product Development, Quality Development, Quality Control, Research & Development, Cosmetic Science, MSc Our client has a well-renowned reputation for delivering and promoting natural cosmetic products internationally. Following a sustained period of internal expansion and external market development there is now an immediate vacancy for a Quality & Product Development Scientist. Successful candidates will be educated to Masters level (MSc) in Cosmetics or a relevant scientific discipline and have a passion for product development and formulation. The Role The successful candidate will find themselves in a challenging role in which a high amount of adaptability is required in order to develop and progress the company’s product range. You will report to the New Product Development Manager as part of a close-knit, specialist team – working on products at the concept stage, overseeing research, development and quality control through to manufacture and lunch.
