	Job Description Sales and Marketing – Translation Company Central London Salary = Dependent upon experience (circa £25K basic + bonus) Experienced telesales professional with strong academic background (min CCC A Levels and 2.2, 2.1 or First from a leading UK University) Exciting role combining a 6 month “sales campaign” followed by a 6 month period formulating a marketing campaign and defining the target market for the next campaign. During the sales period (January to June) you can expect to make 100 calls per day. This will be followed by a strategic role (from July to December) that will involve identifying target companies, drafting advertising copy, preparing the sales budget and working with the board on producing strategic targets. Job Role Marketing Strategy Preparing the sales budget with the MD and working on strategic targets set by the board. General Marketing Manage the day to day marketing campaigns and making high numbers of sales calls between January and June. Co-ordinating client relationship management including meetings with customers, preparation of tenders, maintaining an accurate database and managing the firm’s website / external marketing. External events Attend translation conferences, presenting services to external institutions and networking as required. The position would ideally suit a graduate with strong telesales experience who is keen to gain marketing and campaign strategy experience. Requirements · Telesales experience essential · Strong academic record including CCC at A Level and 2.2 or higher from leading UK University essential · Experience with Database Management advantageous · Experience within the translation sector advantageous
