The majority of our searches are for permanent vacancies and our rate card describes the fee structures and rebate period that we offer. On occasions we can recruit for medium and long-term contracts and on such occasions negotiate a fee with the client on an ad-hoc basis.

As with the sales desk we can source graduates with a "recruitment" personality or target experienced consultants for senior roles. Each desk is managed by a Recruitment Consultant with experiences and qualifications in this area. For example our sales roles are managed by a former Sales Executive. Science and Technical applicants can discuss positions with an MSc experienced scientist. Our clients frequently ask our advise on suitable salary levels, our opinions on current skill shortages and how candidates compare them to rival companies.
