Graduates would normally join us as a Candidate Consultant or New Business Developer before progressing to Trainee Consultant and Recruitment Consultant. We focus on promoting internally and you can find yourself managing Resourcers and Consultants within the first few years of joining us

We can provide the support, knowledge and training required to succeed in recruitment but require candidates who are confident, persuasive (ideally with sales experience) and target driven.
Students living in the Stoke and Keele area are welcome to apply for Resourcer positions which can be tailored around your academic timetable (current Resourcers typically request two 4 hour shifts during term-time and occasional full-time work during the holidays). The work typically involves CV searching and administrative tasks.
