Acoustics, Noise & Vibration



The majority of work in the sector covers consultancy and technician-based work. If you have any of the following skills or levels of experience, please contact us: Acoustic Consultancy, Noise & Vibration Consultancy, Hand-Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS) Assessment, Noise Monitoring, Noise Assessment, Vibration Testing, Audiometry, Institute of Acoustics, Noise Legislation.

Asbestos

The asbestos industry covers the positions of Asbestos Surveying, Asbestos Sampling, Asbestos Monitoring, and Asbestos Removal. Due to the nature of the work involved, we would require candidates whom have the following skill-sets, and knowledge of: Building Surveys, Report Preparation, Consultancy, UKAS Standards, Contract Specification, Method Statements, Quotations, Best Practise, Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999, Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations 2000, Bulk Analysis, P401, P402, P403, P404, HSE Regulations.

Consultancy



Environmental Consultancy is an extremely broad area of the environmental sector, and covers many of the skills and experiences covered in this section. Some people go on to specialise in consulting one particular area further on in their career after working in the broad industry on environmental consultancy. We would like to hear from candidates with any form of consultancy experience in the environmental sector.

Health & Safety



Within the environmental sector, Health & Safety can cover a variety of skills. If you have skills in the following areas, please get in contact with us: Institute of Occupational, Safety and Health (IOSH) Graduate Membership, Member of the Institute of Occupational, Safety and Health (MIOSH), Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational, Safety and Health (CMIOSH), National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) Diploma, Management Systems, Spirometry, Fire Risk Assessment, Occupational Hygiene Monitoring, COSHH Sampling, Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) Testing, Safety Policy.

Hydrology & Water



The majority of hydrology and water-related environmental jobs would cover skills, knowledge and experiences in the following areas.
